The ifm Razorbacks Ravensburg celebrated the greatest success in the club’s history this season by reaching the play-off quarter-finals in the German Football League. But it’s not just the first men’s team that can handle the egg – other teams also celebrated success.
The ladies’ defense is impressive
The ifm Razorbacks Ladies became champions of the Women’s Development League South and thus brought the next trophy to Ravensburg after the DEVO team and the U19. The semi-final against the Bruchsal Rebels Ladies was dominated thanks to an outstanding defense that did not allow the Rebels to gain a single point. The ladies moved into the final with a clear 26-0 win. In the final, the Ravensburger ladies met the hosts, the Mannheim Banditaz, and the game became a real thriller: With the score at 20:14 and only a few seconds left to play, the Banditaz had one last chance shortly before the Ravensburger end zone, There was still time to turn the game around, but the defense held up again and the title was secured.
U13 is flag football champion
With an impressive 38-0 home win against league leaders Stuttgart Scorpions, the Razorbacks mixed U13 flag football team also secured the championship early on. The performance in defense was particularly noteworthy among the youngest players, but the offense also showed strong games and contributed significantly to the success. The championship title in the U13 9on9 flag league was celebrated on the penultimate matchday of the season.

A special honor was given to the flag youth player Elija Denda. Head coach Lars Staude nominated him for the Baden-Württemberg U14 team, with whom he took part in the flag youth tournament in Saarbrücken at the beginning of October and was able to win runner-up in four games against Berlin-Brandenburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate.
It was a great experience that motivated me to continue training.

Both the offense and defense of the mixed teams always consisted of two male and three male players. In the end, the U14 Lions team from Baden-Württemberg took second place and thus the German runner-up. There was huge joy and pride when the trophy was handed over. “It was an incredibly great experience that motivates me to continue training, to get better and to get back into the squad next year. Because we not only became teammates here, but also friends,” said Elija Denda after the tournament completely thrilled.
