Giovanna Beretta is preparing to be confirmed as head of the Medical Association.
This is confirmed by the list of the 15 candidates most voted by the 912 doctor-voters who participated in the decisive round on Monday afternoon.
In fact, there are 9 elected representatives who are on the outgoing president’s list, compared to 6 on the list headed by Carlo Grizzetti.
The latter, however, was the most voted candidate with 406 “preferences”, against the 391 obtained by Beretta.
And while the scrutineers proceed with the recount and final check of the 44 invalid ballots (9 blank), here is the list of the most voted:
Grizzetti 406, Beretta 391, Bianchi 388, Donadini 387, Dentali 387, Ponti 384, Gambarini 383, Taras 380, Armagno 379, Gandini 378, Rocco 377, Castiglioni 377, 376 for Mascheroni, Russo and Carcano.
Within 8 days the new council will be called to meet and elect its leaders, who are announced to be in full continuity.
