Finally, New York FC of the MLS started the Playoffs on the wrong foot and lost by a score of 1-0 against Cincinnati, being on the brink of elimination in the postseason.
Of the five major sports in the United States, the only New York City teams that didn’t lose were the Islanders and Rangers, both NHL teams, but neither saw activity today.
