University of Chile attended with his lawyers the day of the Disciplinary Court of the ANFP, for the complaint filed against Colo Colowhich can be key in defining the National Championship.
The blues join the complaints established by the referee of the match against Huachipato, due to the possible communication that the coach had Jorge Almiron with the alba bench, when he was suspended.
For this reason, the lawyers assisted with the evidence on this issue, taking into account that just this day, Almirón’s behavior with his collaborators was known through The Clinic.
The video was the subject of the Disciplinary Court, where they consulted the leadership of Colo Colo, although they also warned that this evidence alone is not enough.
Video evidence loses strength
Journalist Maximiliano Videla, from Cooperativa Deportes, provided background information on what happened, such as the questioning of Aníbal Mosa for what was shown in the video.
Beyond that, consultations were also made with members of the Disciplinary Court, who explain that this evidence is not enough to prove that this communication was from the party.
“The Court warned us that if the video does not have audio, it does not qualify as compelling evidence, because it does not prove that Almirón and his analyst, even though it is obvious, does not prove that they were talking about soccer,” he explains.
Despite this, he assures that there is more evidence: “The U informs us that there is more evidence and that it is not just what was published and presented to the Court.”
