Global Web3 game platform CRETA announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with ‘Eoground’, the developer of the AI learning avatar system ‘Quavatar’.
Eoground is a company founded by CEO Kwon Hyuk-il, co-founder of Naver and current honorary chairman of Naver Happy Bean. Eoground’s Kuabata is a project that aims to provide a higher level of AI service on various digital platforms by implementing a digital human avatar with human-level intelligence through continuous learning using AI.
Through this contract, Creta will pursue the technology convergence of its newly developed Creta AI Avatar System and Kuavata to implement customized AI stories and AI social services. The Creta AI avatar system uses real-time image capture technology using a cell phone camera to recognize changes in a person’s various facial expressions in real time with ultra-high resolution and reflect them on the avatar. It also has a real speech function that makes it sound like the person is speaking directly. It is a groundbreaking technology that allows you to directly create an AI avatar with a high level of homogeneity and immersion.
In particular, avatars created through the Creta AI avatar system can constantly learn the player’s mindset and behavior through the convergence of Kuavata’s technology, allowing them to act as ‘another me’ in the digital world. Alternatively, you can create a person you like and have the avatar learn that person’s appearance, personality, habits, speaking style, etc.
Creta CCO Rei Nakazato said, “Through the fusion of Creta and Kuabata’s AI avatar systems, people will be able to experience a completely different level of AI avatar service that they have never imagined before,” and added, “All characters encountered on the Creta platform are NPCs. “It will be very similar to real people whose personality, lifestyle, and personality have been learned,” he said.
Meanwhile, the two companies received great attention from attendees by releasing a vision presentation and technology demonstration video related to the technology at the Locus Chain-Creta introduction event hosted by Lloyd Capital, the company’s global partner financial company, in New York last September.
In particular, this event was attended by over 60 representatives of global companies, including Naver co-founder Kwon Hyuk-il, who visited on behalf of Naver, Bankim India Bankai Group Chairman, UN Ambassador David Sanchez, and NFL LA Chargers owner Michael Spanos, attracting great interest from the industry. received.
