DAZEROADIECI is the podcast curated by Touchdown Magazine which traces, in a number of themes always between zero and ten, the highlights of the NFL week just passed.
In this textual space we want present the topics addressed in audio formatso as to give everyone the opportunity to have some preview of what they will be able to listen to, in more depth, by conveniently downloading the listenable content. As for the Week 8we have selected the following ideas:
-
They slip Baltimore RavensThat they lose a game they could have wonin a divisional clash. Despite playing statistically well, they make lots of little mistakesboth in attack and defense, which in the end, as often happens, lead to defeat. I’m one great teambut they shouldn’t make the mistake of looking at themselves in the mirror too much. THE Cleveland Browns they win with a good Jameis Winstonwhich involves all its receivers, as DeShaun Watson – now injured – he had never been able to do. Cleveland scores 29 pointshis maximum this yearwith QB2. It should be proof that, with Watson, this franchise has no future.

I Philadelphia Eagles they find the third consecutive victoryproving they have sharpened their game after the bye week. They get the better of Cincinnati Bengals thanks to a great defensive performance. The department always puts you under pressure Joe Burrowalso forcing him into bloody turnovers, and paves the way for an attack, not extraordinary, but which can count on the usual Saquon Barkley and on a splendid line, which grants a Jalen Hurts all the time he needs to throw.

The challenge between Jayden Daniels e Caleb Williams it’s less bubbly than expected. The ending, however, is applause. Washington wins thanks to a Hail Mary succeeded of the front-runner for Offensive Rookie of the Year. Daniels didn’t play at his best, due to the injury he suffered 7 days ago, but he was able to count on a defense that created panic in the Chicago Bears offensewho still had the chance to win it against the best Washington Commandersbut they let themselves be overcome in the final.

An NFC classic, Dallas Cowboys – San Francisco 49erssees the Californians triumph thanks to a third fourth capital by George Kittlewho works overtime and becomes irrepressible in a part of the game where Brock Purdy scores 3 TDmaking up for the meager haul of the other three quarters combined. San Fran is delayed, but should embrace CMC again after the bye which awaits them in week 9. Dallas, however, did not arriveespecially in attack. The defense has the mitigating factor of injuries but the department led by Dak Prescott leaves too many questions unanswered.
I Pittsburgh Steelers they clarified the QB situation. Russell Wilson plays well with George Pickensthe team’s best receiver, and Calvin Austincome Justin Fields he had never been able to do between September and October. This removes responsibility Najee Harriswho can run with fewer worries, and it shows. The offense is alive and coach Mike Tomlin seems to have won his bet. THE New York Giants instead they have too many limitations and make numerous mistakes: the talent is not exceptional but the team’s limitations seem above all psychological.
