Comment from Mára z Ďolíček: Bohemka limped for three points. Thanks to Frigo and the fighters

Both goals were scored by Honza Matoušek, who were perfectly prepared for him by Venca Drchal, who has an increasing form. In addition, our 90 Minutes editors awarded him player of the round. Mára from Ďolíček brings you her impressions again.
The opponents were missing strikers Gning and Yasser, while we were missing Yusuf
During the week, both teams were preparing for the opponent’s attacking aces, which in the end did not even start. The home side was missing top scorer Gning, along with Egyptian Yasser. In turn, Bohemka was missing the top scorer Yusuf, midfielder Dominik Pleštil and fullback Matěj Hybš.
When I saw our line-up an hour before the game, I’ll admit that I bet on the home team winning, but I’m a fan, right? However, it was a mistake, because I only saw our line-up and did not look at Teplice‘s. On the other hand, my bet on Teplice was due to the absence of our prince from Bahrain. It didn’t really have any other meaning because I didn’t even have the bad feeling that we would actually lose there.
My girlfriend and I had refreshments in the local shopping center in Teplice, where at that moment the coaching icon of defensive football – Martin Pulpit – was also having a quick lunch. Then we went to the stadium with full bellies.
I like going to Teplice. But the toilets…
The guest sector is located in Na Stínadle in the very corner. The view from the guest stand is quite good and you can enjoy the mountains too if there is no fog. But what surprised me? Refreshments and toilets. There was not a single price list for drinks or food at the stand. Perhaps it is paid according to sympathy and mood. But there was no problem and the two ladies at the bar and the elderly lady at the sausages were pleasant.
I thought that from the Ďolíček of the past I was used to anything when it comes to toilets, but Teplice leads in this. Gentlemen have to defecate into the barred sewer, over which my mind is still standing. It is worse for the fairer sex. The only ladies’ toilet for the entire sector is a large flight. After the match, there was a queue, like during the Comanches for tangerines. And as far as I know, it didn’t flush, it was clogged and smelled like a homeless person at the station.
But now I’m going to the match itself…
Teplice are similar to Bohemka on their home pitch
After two minutes, our defense broke down punishingly and home Švanda appeared in front of goalkeeper Tomáš Frühwald, who did not burn him and then Frigo also caught Harušťák’s shot. The most important moment of the match! Frigo supported us very well and you can’t give a shabby one, you’ll get it in a few minutes in the world.
Stopper Havel, as the last player, did not handle an easy ball, which was taken away by the active Venca Drchal, who sent Honza Matoušek into the break and he burned in the face of Ludh, who was not caught. Vojta Smrž threw the pitch into the match, who had to let our playing legend Pepa Jindřiška into the game after ten minutes due to an injury. He started for the A team after long weeks and I was a bit nervous that he could handle such a portion of minutes. You played your part and didn’t make a mistake. Pep, well done! He again improved his age record in the highest competition.
Teplice are very similar to Bohemka on their home pitch. They score cheap goals, they don’t convert a lot of chances, they are better in the match, but after the match they leave with their heads down and a loss behind them. But back to the duel.
Our individual performances won the match. Great Frigo and two attack fighters
Teplice tightened the screws after our leading goal, they had chances, they pushed, but Frigo stood in the goal, who did not allow them to equalize. Another blow to the ligament came five minutes before half time. Drchy was excellent throughout the match, annoying as a wasp and forced Teplice to make mistakes with his speed and active pressing. He made a cone with Mičevič, passed on the right side to a small goal and beautifully presented the ball to Maty for the second time, who tapped it into the empty box.
Both our fighters played a great half. In addition, I will add our goalkeeper, without whom we would leave Teplice without any points. I didn’t believe in Csaplár’s trap during the break, but if I remembered it, I’d be crazy.
It was enough for the glaziers to score a third goal in the second half, but that wouldn’t be Bohemka…
Bohemka waited the entire second half for the end
Once again, it turned out that the opponent has nothing to lose with this result. On the contrary, Bohemka could lose a well-played match and started to worry about the lead. Tremendous passivity of our fighters, who were waiting for referee Černý’s final whistle. The opponent’s ball possession climbed almost to seventy percent in the second half. Fortunately, the saying of the famous coach José Mourinho, “we leave you the ball, you leave us the win” was true.
Teplice had several corner kicks, all deflected balls, many blocked shots and luckily only one goal in the 67th minute from a Jukla kick. A big failure by our entire defense when conceding a goal and Frigo still has to wait for a clean sheet.
Our only chance was a break along the axis of Vláďa Zeman and a sliding Drchy, who narrowly missed the ball. We cemented the rest of the match and will take an important win.
We have a great seven points from the last three league games. In the past, we would hardly have been able to win three points from such matches after the course of the game. In translation – the end justifies the means.
Chief referee Černý was kind to us in the first half
I have to stop by the head referee Dalibor Černý. He forgave us at least three yellow cards in the first half. After the advantage was granted, Adam Kadlec should have received a card after the game was stopped. In other fights, he could also punish Pepa Jindřišek, and he could have given the second yellow to Honzo Kovařík, who before the break had driven hard at the line of one of the Teplice players. That was borderline, to say the least. We can be glad that the referee was lenient in the first half and he likes kangaroos.
A packed away sector that was heard more than the home crowd throughout the match
370 great fans gathered in our sector and many others were scattered around the stadium in Teplice Stínadly. I was in the cauldron with my girlfriend and honestly enjoyed the whole drama. The green and white valley proved once again that it belongs to the best and most loyal fans of the republic. Thanks to everyone who came to support Bohemka.
Our coach Jaroslav Veselý also had words of praise at the press conference. You can’t disagree with him. You were great, fans!

On Wednesday, the MOL Cup awaits us in Drnovice against Vyškov
Bohemka will play its next match this Wednesday from 1:30 p.m. It will be a trip to the Czech Cup in the legendary Drnovice, where we will be hosted by the second division Vyškov. It won’t be an easy match and I really don’t know what to prepare for. I’m taking a vacation from work and I’m going out by car with my friends from the podcast “With the microphone behind the kangaroo”. I believe that we will win and I hope that the autumn discovery – Vláďa Zeman – will appear in the starting line-up.
If you can, go on a nice trip to Drnovice and support Bohemka. The shrine of the former patron of Drnovic Jan Gottwald, after which the sniper Radek Drulák chased? We just have to see. It may be the first time and it may be the last time!
