Ajax sees Head of Strength opting for a new adventure
Yoeri Pegel, Head of Strength of Ajax, is leaving the club behind him, he announced via his website Instagram channel. Pegel was active as a Performance Trainer in Amsterdam between June 2019 and June 2021 and subsequently saw his position change to Head of Strength. Francesco Farioli thinks it is ‘crazy, but great’ that there is a public training prior to De Klassieker. Real Sociedad does not want to make tickets available for Ajax fans
The Ajax fans do not seem to be able to count on tickets for the away match of Real Sociedad, according to reports Ajax.nl outside. Both clubs will meet on November 28 in the Europa League. “Ajax was very unpleasantly surprised on Monday by the announcement that the Spanish club intends not to issue tickets for the away section,” they wrote.
‘In recent weeks, Ajax has consulted several times with UEFA, Real Sociedad and the local authorities about the organization of the match. These conversations revealed, among other things, that the club and the city have had several negative experiences with previous visits by supporters of other foreign clubs. Tuesday afternoon public training towards Classic
The Classic is scheduled for Ajax next Wednesday. The last training before the difficult away match will be public for Ajax supporters. Next Tuesday the doors of Sportpark de Toekomst will be opened at 3 p.m. Ajax’s last training starts at 4 p.m. During the training, the standard conditions of the KNVB are followed and no fireworks are allowed. Ajax also reports Fancare X that P2 is not available and that parking is only possible at P4 & P5.
