In the seventh week of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, our representative Fenerbahçe Beko defeated Partizan, which it hosted at home, and closed the double-match week with a score of two out of two.
Partizan head coach Zeljko Obradovic spoke in front of the microphone at the press conference held after the match.
Coach Obradovic’s statements at the press conference are as follows:
“Good evening everyone, first of all, I would like to congratulate Fenerbahçe. They played great basketball today, they played the ball great. They shared it and their shooting percentages were very good. They scored points from transition attacks and were very good in the half-court as well. It was a very bad match for us because we could not compete at all against our opponent. Fenerbahçe rested one day more than us, I don’t say this as an excuse, but my team lacked energy on the field today. It was a great match for Fenerbahçe, so congratulations to them. I also wish you success for the rest of the season.
I was very happy to see Aziz Yıldırım today. He is a very special person to me, everyone knows how good we are. “I would also like to thank Fenerbahçe fans very much, they welcomed me very warmly today.”
