Based near Paris, he happily describes his environment where “birdsong” is part of his routine. “I feel best by the sea,” he admits, explaining that he likes to see “the sun rise and set over the water.” But while waiting to escape, he was able to find a haven of peace close to the capital.
In addition to his peaceful living environment, Harry Roselmack has established well-established habits to feel in harmony with himself. A sportsman, he goes to the gym twice a week and also takes the time to meditate, an exercise that helps him maintain his inner calm and escape from the action.
