Atalanta won a convincing 3-0 victory at Napoli’s headquarters, Estadio Diego Armando Maradona, Naples, in the Italian League continued match on Sunday (3/11/2024). La Dea’s three winning goals came through Ademola Lookman’s brace and Mateo Retegui’s score.

Atalanta Coach,Gianpiero Gasperinisaid that this victory shows that Atalanta is able to compete with big teams. Gasperini believes that his team continues to develop. This club from Bergamo has not only shown this in Serie A but also in the Champions League.
“We know that we are strong, we don’t deny it. Obviously, these matches are a test of our position, facing a strong team that has done extraordinary things since the start of the season,” said Gasperini as quoted by DAZN.
“We knew that we needed an extraordinary performance, we did that, but the team has also grown since last year with the extra confidence gained by winning in Europe,” he explained.
