Zverev conquered the Paris Masters 1000

Alexander Zverev became champion of the Paris Masters 1000 after defeating Frenchman Ugo Humbert 6-2, 6-2, after one hour and fifteen minutes of play.

With this victory, the German tennis player added his seventh title in the category, the second in the year after winning the Masters 1000 in Rome, and the 23rd of his career.

In turn, he is already the eighth player with the most titles in the category behind Novak Djokovic (40), Rafael Nadal (36), Roger Federer (28), Andre Agassi (17), Andy Murray (14), Pete Sampras (11), Thomas Muster (8) and equaled the American Michael Chang (7).
