THE SPORT SCAN – Players from the Michigan franchise were forced to travel in an unusual way to access the Barclays Center to face the Brooklyn Nets.

This Sunday, the Detroit Pistons traveled to Brooklyn in New York State to face the Nets. However, an obstacle came in their way to access the arena, the New York Marathon. For the occasion, the NBA champion franchise in 2003 had to use New York transport to arrive safely. A moment which was immortalized by the franchise on its X account.

Did it bring them luck? Maybe yes because the Michigan players won for the second time in the regular season against the Nets (92-106). A more than welcome victory for the Detroit players who started their season very poorly (1 victory and 5 defeats before this match).
