Career Steven Gerrard in Saudi Arabia seems to be increasingly on the verge. Legend Liverpool supporters booed it Al Ettifaqhis own club.

Gerrard started managing Al Ettifaq in 2023, after his results at Rangers and Aston Villa seemed to attract the Saudi Professional League club.

However, the situation now seemed different to him. Al Ettifaq’s poor performance put pressure on Steven Gerrard.

Al Ettifaq unable to achieve a single win in the last six Saudi Pro League matches, including a 0-2 defeat at home to Al Qadsiah at the weekend.

After this match, which saw his team achieve 2 draws and 4 defeats in the last six matches, Steven Gerrard was even seen getting booed by Al Ettifaq supporters at the Al Ettifaq Club Stadium.

The defeat at the weekend made Al Ettifaq collected 11 points from 9 Saudi Pro League matches, to sit in 11th position.

Of its 9 matches in the Saudi Pro League, the team made by Steven Gerrard also only able to score 8 goals. That is the second worst total productivity in the competition so far, only ahead of Al Fayha and Al Fateh (7 goals).
