The Lyon club announced this Monday that their player would soon undergo shoulder surgery.
Lyon’s Irish international fly-half, Paddy Jackson, will soon have shoulder surgery and is expected to be unavailable for six to eight months, we learned from his club, LOU rugby.
The player, who arrived in the Lyon team in 2023 and who extended until 2026, has suffered from a ruptured cuff for several weeks.
Jackson (32), who made 25 caps with the XV du Trèfle between 2013 and 2017, has only played 37 minutes this season.
He played 25 matches (178 points) during the 2023-2024 season.
