Capdenac-Gare. Sports holidays in Rodez and Villefranche-de-Rouergue

The judokas of the Judo Club Capdenacois had a sporting All Saints’ Day holiday. Two cadets from the club, Evan Angelergues and Jammi Vaurs, had the opportunity to participate in an intensive three-day course in Rodez, bringing together young people from the committees of the North zone (Aveyron, Lot, Tarn, and Tarn-et-Garonne ). This gathering, organized from October 21 to 23, aimed to strengthen the sporting dynamic between young people in this geographical area, while allowing everyone to improve their combat techniques and exploration of the discipline. The Rodez course, which also welcomed juniors and juniors, was an opportunity for Evan and Jammi to experience joint training, alongside other motivated judokas. The rest of the holidays held another meeting for young Capdenac residents, with a two-day course in Villefranche-de-Rouergue. This gathering, organized on Saturday October 26 for older children and Sunday October 27 for chicks and younger children, allowed around ten judokas from the Capdenac club to train under the advice of two renowned athletes: Margaux Pinot and Alpha Djalo, French Olympic judokas. These champions generously shared their experience and technique, inspiring young people with their tatami mastery and kindness. The meeting concluded with a signing and photo session, a highlight which will surely remain engraved in the memories of the young athletes. Finally, the Capdenac Judo Club is already preparing its next outing: the annual judo gala in Villefranche-de-Rouergue, which will bring together chicks, juniors and juniors on Monday, November 11 at the Robert Fabre gymnasium.
