Like last year, Alimerka Oviedo Baloncesto begins its technical training service this November aimed at the individual improvement of players at the infant, cadet and junior ages. The project OCB Plus It responds to the needs detected by the players themselves and their families to have more hours of dedicated training fully oriented to the athlete and that serves as a complement to the group dynamics and tactical work carried out during the week.
OCB Plus is not only intended for Alimerka OCB youth players but is open to any player who wishes to continue training and improving their skills. The activity will begin next Wednesday, November 13.
The sessions will be individualized, with reports for the players on what they have worked on, their progression and their needs based on an initial test on their weaknesses, strengths, etc. Audiovisual support will also be available and physical preparation work will be included depending on the player’s needs.
The sessions will be led by Mikel Ereño, Javi Rodríguez’s assistant in the club’s first team and for Pablo Rodríguezcoach of the Third FEB team of the AD Universidad de Oviedo and technical director of the OCB quarry
