This coming Friday, November 8, the Independence Nautical Festival will take place, the best event in the Bay of Cartagena that will take place within the framework of the Independence Festival, and which will have artists of national and international stature such as Silvestre Dangond , Dj Dever, Lil Silvio and Jades Tremendo.
This unprecedented event will bring together more than 300 boats, where in addition to enjoying the musical offering of the great concert, they will be able to watch the parade of the candidates for the title of the National Beauty Contest (CNB).
However, the District of Cartagena, with the clear objective of continuing to promote ‘The party that unites us’ so that Cartagenians and visitors can fully enjoy without any excuses, will carry out ‘El Bololó del Arsenal’, another way to enjoy the incredible Independence Nautical Festival.
“The Bololó del Arsenal will be the space for Cartagenans and visitors to enjoy the Nautical Festival on land. We are going to have giant screens ready, where you will see everything that is happening in the water so that no one misses this incredible spectacle,” said the Secretary of Tourism, Teremar Londoño Zurek.
What is El Bololó del Arsenal about?
Starting at 10:00 am on Friday, November 8, Calle del Arsenal in the Getsemaní neighborhood will be completely pedestrianized so that all Cartagenans and visitors can enjoy this great event. Access to El Bololó will be free and a handle will not be required.
A giant screen will be installed on Arsenal Street to watch the great Independence Nautical Festival, which will have Silvestre Dangond as the main artist singing his greatest hits.
In addition to the giant screen, El Bololó will have different gastronomic experiences from the restaurants on Calle del Arsenal, along with important brands such as Bavaria and Johnnie Walker that will have a varied menu for attendees.
“The Festival that Unites Us does not turn its back on the sea, but we could not allow the Nautical Festival to only be for those who accessed a boat. We want El Bololó del Arsenal to be a great historical event and, from this moment on, to be part of the holiday agenda,” said Londoño Zurek.
