We update our stocks every 15 minutes, for the most accurate online information possible. Products can display several states:
Article en stock : The product is available and can be shipped (Monday to Friday – 3:30 p.m. maximum)
Out of stock or “Sold Out” item: The product is temporarily out of stock, and we are doing our best to put it back in stock as soon as possible. However, you can pre-order it, you will be debited from your payment method (i.e. not when you receive the item)
Order shipping and delivery times
If you place your order before 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day. An order placed on Friday after 3:30 p.m. or on the weekend will be shipped on Monday afternoon.
Preparation and delivery monitoring
You can follow the progress of the preparation of your order using the link in the order confirmation email; once it has been shipped, you can follow its delivery on the La Poste or Colissimo website, or Mondial Relay using the tracking number available in your customer account and in the email sent to you at the time of delivery. shipping.

Logistics is an item that is now expensive: the cost of packaging (boxes and item protection), labor with the costs of employees preparing orders, fuel surcharges, VAT and of course delivery. We earn nothing from all of these fees.

In order to avoid any subsequent disputes:
A customer who does not collect their package from the planned collection point costs our services return costs for transport but also processing costs. If the customer wishes to receive their package again they will have to place a new order. The return costs (which will be communicated to you upon your request) and return processing costs (flat rate of €5) will be deducted from the refund amount, after checking the items returned to stock for resale.
A customer who must receive a parcel in their mailbox and whose parcel tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered will not be able to turn against our services to the extent that the postmen are sworn.
Free shipping: during commercial offers, when shipping is free, the offers do not apply for sending by Chronopost or for international shipments.

What do the black badges mean?
On the site, you will find black badges (in the form of a black disc with a white wording inside):
“Available within 15 days max” badge means that the product is not in stock in our warehouses. However, the product can be pre-ordered and you will receive it within 15 days maximum. This deadline cannot be guaranteed but most of the time, the product arrives within 10 days.
“Alert me if back in stock” badge: this product is either permanently out of stock and it happens that a manufacturer ends up remanufacturing it, or it is temporarily out of stock and we prefer to warn you than to announce a delay which would be too long uncertain. We are at your disposal to provide you with information. Indeed, we sometimes have information on deadlines which is not necessarily present on the site.
