In view of the midweek round of the Serie D championship which will see Ravenna, on Wednesday 13 November at 6pm, opposite the Benelli stadium at Fossombrone 1949, changes to the road system and a ban on the administration, sale and consumption of drinks in glass and cans have been introduced. These are measures necessary to encourage the peaceful conduct of the match and aimed at protecting public order and safety, preventing episodes of intemperance that could occur on the part of the fans.
Changes to traffic
Therefore, three hours before the start and one and a half hours after the end of the match, traffic will be modified as follows:
- via Sighinolfi (the stretch between via dei Bersaglieri and via Cassino), piazza Brigata Pavia, via Cassino (the stretch between via Punta Stilo and number 15), via dei Bersaglieri (the stretch between via Sighinolfi and via Punta Stilo), via El Alamein (the stretch in front of Piazza Brigata Pavia), via Punta Stilo (the stretch in front of Piazza Brigata Pavia and the stretch between Viale Berlinguer and Via dei Bersaglieri), Viale Berlinguer (section between Via Fontana and the Irish/San Mama roundabout and adjacent service road on the odd civic side): no transit and no parking with removal area for all vehicles; Transit and parking will be permitted for vehicles authorized by officials responsible for security and public order and, at the end of the fan evacuation operations, for vehicles responsible for carrying out cleaning operations. Two-way traffic will be established in via El Alamein (the stretch between the intersection with via San Mama and the intersection with piazza Brigata Pavia);
- via Cassino (southern lane stretch between via Marzabotto and via Marconi, stretch between via Sighinolfi and via Punta Stilo and stretch between number 13 and via San Mama), via Montanari (tract between via Cassino and via Nervesa), via Stelvio (stretch between via Cassino and via Nervesa), via Punta Stilo (stretch between via Cassino and via Nervesa), via Nonte Nero for its entire extension, via El Alamein (stretch between Piazza Brigata Pavia and via San Mama) via Sighinolfi (stretch between viale Berlinguer and via dei Bersaglieri), via Anzio, via Montelungo and via dei Bersaglieri (stretch between via Punta Stilo and via S. Mama): transit ban for all vehicles, except those of residents and parking ban with removal area for all vehicles; Transit and parking will be permitted for vehicles authorized by officials responsible for security and public order and, at the end of the fan evacuation operations, for vehicles responsible for carrying out cleaning operations. Vehicles coming from via Marconi will be allowed to pass along via Cassino in the direction of viale Randi;
- via Cassino (tract between Via Marconi and Via Sighinolfi): no transit and no parking with removal area for all vehicles, except those of residents; transit and parking will be permitted to other vehicles authorized by the officials responsible for security and public order and, at the end of the fan evacuation operations, to the vehicles responsible for carrying out the cleaning operations;
- viale Berlinguer (in the stretch between via Marconi and via Fontana): transit ban for all vehicles, except those of residents; Transit and parking will be permitted for vehicles authorized by officials responsible for security and public order and, at the end of the fan evacuation operations, for vehicles responsible for carrying out cleaning operations. Vehicles coming from via Fontana will be allowed to transit along viale Berlinguer in the direction of viale Randi, vehicles coming from via Monte Nero will be allowed to transit along via Montanari in the direction of via Piave;
- parking behind the building located at number 8 (Confartigianato) of viale Berlinguer (limited to the public area): parking ban with towing area for all vehicles, with the exception of those that will be diverted there by security and safety officials public order.
The prohibition of serving, selling or consuming drinks in glass or cans
The measures relating to the ban on serving, selling or consuming drinks in glass or cans will come into force two hours before the start and the hour immediately following the end of the match.
It is forbidden for the owners of public beverage establishments, commercial establishments and artisanal piadina kiosks to administer and/or sell for take-away alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content greater than 5% vol. as well as other drinks contained in cans and glass bottles and other containers likely to offend and the consumption and possession for consumption of drinks with an alcohol content exceeding 5% vol is also prohibited. as well as those with alcohol content lower than 5% vol. and drinks in general if contained in glass bottles, cans and other containers capable of offending in the area within the area delimited by via San Mama in the stretch between viale Berlinguer and via Montenero; via Montenero; via Montanari – in the stretch between via Montenero and via Cassino; via Cassino – in the stretch between via Montanari and via Marconi; via Marconi – in the stretch between via Cassino and viale Berlinguer; viale Berlinguer – in the stretch between via Marconi and the Irish roundabout.
It is forbidden for the owners of public establishments serving drinks, for the owners of commercial establishments and for the owners of artisanal piadina kiosks to sell drinks through the use of glass bottles and glasses, cans and other containers likely to offend. within the area delimited by via San Mama – in the stretch between the Irish roundabout and via Lametta; via Lametta – in the stretch between via San Mama and via Podgora; via Podgora – in the stretch between via Lametta and via Montanari; via Monte San Michele; viale Randi – in the stretch between via Monte San Michele and via Pascoli; viale Berlinguer – in the stretch between via Marconi and the roundabout Ireland and in via Ravegnana from number 151 to number 357. Violations involve fines of between 200 and 400 euros.
