An event that this year featured the badminton player, Carolina Marín, for his exemplary sporting career, National Police for its bicentennial and its vocation to serve others in these 200 years, and to the administrator of the Hoteles Corona Group, Juan Carlos Barriocanal, for the employment it has generated in the group, those who have received the special awards of the entity.
Down Burgos has also recognized the social involvement of ten companies grouped in the Estela Businessmen’s Club and five institutions for the job placement of young people with Down Syndrome. This is the case of Burger King, CaixaBank, Carrefour, GlaxoSmithKline, Grupo Cropu, Hotel Landa Palace, Inmobiliaria San Pablo, Obramat, Pepsico, Telepizza, Fundación Adecco, Confederation of Business Associations of Burgos (FAE), City Council of Burgos, Provincial Council of Burgos and University of Burgos (UBU).
