The Judo Club Cortaillod-Neuchâtel women’s team wins the bronze medal
For its 19th consecutive qualification for the Final Four, the LNA women’s team of the Judo Club Cortaillod-Neuchâtel won bronze during the finals which were held on Saturday November 9, 2024, at the Bois-des-Frères Sports Center, in Geneva.
In the small final, they took a brilliant revenge on Judo-Kwai Oensingen, who had deprived them of the podium for the last two years.
The judokates from Judo Club Cortaillod-Neuchâtel demonstrated exemplary combativeness, allowing them to triumph with a convincing score against their opponents. This performance testifies to the cohesion of the team and their ability to rise to the expected level during decisive moments.
Result for 3rd place: JCC Judo-Kwai Oensingen 8 – 2
Since the start of the year, the club has deployed an ambitious strategy focused on the long term, investing in the training and strengthening of its teams, in particular by focusing on the next generation. This
approach is now bearing fruit, as evidenced by the progress of the women’s team which displays
encouraging results.
With this vision resolutely turned towards the future, the club is delighted to see the emergence of a new
generation of judokates and judokas.
