The general assembly of the badminton section of US Séné Omnisports (Morbihan) took place on Thursday November 7, 2024 at the new Le Derf complex. Pascal Beyrand, the vice-president of US Séné Omnisports, recalled that the omnisports in the town is made up of three clubs (judo, handball and Thai jitsu) and two sections, badminton and cycling. The difference is that the clubs have a legal status. They voluntarily join the omnisport. The sections are legally dependent on the sports center.

US Séné Omnisports will modify its statutes so that all clubs can integrate the renovated omnisports with new objectives. The assembly voted unanimously to change the status of US Séné badminton which will become a club in its own right.
