Even in the basement duel of the National Basketball Association (NBA) on Tuesday (local time), the Toronto Raptors were unable to secure their first away win of the current season.

The Canadians lost 85:99 to the Milwaukee Bucks and remain at the bottom of the league.

In the game, which was also part of the “in-season tournament” NBA Cup (East, Group B), the Raptors had their best phase at the beginning of the third period when they equalized the 43:54 halftime deficit. However, they never took the lead for more than 48 minutes. Ultimately it was the tenth defeat of the season and the seventh away from home. Gradey Dick scored 32 points for the Canadians, setting a career high. Greek top star Giannis Antetokounmpo was the Bucks’ best scorer with 23 points.

After five away games in a row, the Raptors will host the Detroit Pistons on Friday. The Michigan franchise travels to Lake Ontario with a sense of success after a 123:121 nV win against the Miami Heat.

The Boston Celtics, where Toronto is visiting on Saturday, missed their tenth win of the season against the Atlanta Hawks. The reigning NBA champions had to admit defeat 116:117 despite 37 points from Jaylen Brown
