Ranchi. Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar exercised his franchise on Wednesday at the polling booth of Sri Krishna Institute of Public Administration, Ranchi.
On this occasion, he extended hearty greetings to the people of the state on this great festival of democracy. Also, he called upon all the voters to actively participate in this great festival and exercise their franchise compulsorily. The Governor said that being a responsible citizen, it is the duty of all of us to vote.
It is noteworthy that voting has started from this morning on 43 seats of the first phase of Jharkhand assembly elections.
