Bellandi, who also boasts in his palmares a European silver and bronze, a world silver and bronze as well as victory at the Junior World Championships, the Junior European Championships and the Cadet European Championships, will be in Leini, at the Pala Maggiore, on Sunday 17 November.

The sporting event is already sold out, with 600 athletes registered from all over Piedmont and the Aosta Valley: training sessions for Children B (from six years of age), Children, Boys and Beginners A will take place between 3pm and 4.30pm , while between 4.45pm and 6.15pm it will be the turn of Beginners B, Cadets, Juniores, Seniors and Masters. Around 2000 people were expected in the stands as an audience to applaud and spend a day with one of the protagonists of the international judo scene.

«As councilor for Sport I can only express my satisfaction not only for the fact that an Olympic champion arrives in the city – underlines councilor Andrea Gilestro – but also because Leini has been chosen by the Judo Federation to host one of the seven events that Bellandi is creating all over Italy.”
