How Do I Measure?
1 – Chest Circumference Measure by holding the meter horizontally and passing it across the middle of your chest.
2 – Bel Measure by passing the tape measure across the thinnest part of your waist, 2 fingers above the belly button level.
3 – Hip Measure by holding the meter horizontally and passing it across the middle of your hips.
4 – Outer Leg Holding the meter vertically, measure from your hip to your ankle.
5 – Leg Hold the meter horizontally and measure by passing it across the thickest part of your leg.
6 – Inner Leg Holding the tape measure upright, place it on the inside of your leg and measure the length from the crotch to the heel of your foot.
7 – Sleeve Length Hold the meter in the middle of your back, just below your neck. Measure from your shoulder to your wrist with your arm slightly bent.
8 – Shoulder width Holding the meter on your back, measure the length between the right shoulder starting point and the left shoulder starting point.
