In the activity report…
In the activity report, President Nathalie Lamaysouette highlighted the increase in membership with 82 more members compared to the previous year.
Le Réveil has 30 sports and cultural sections, including two new ones with mountain hikes led by Xavier Balao, qualified guide, and “à la carte Fridays” to discover all the subtleties of board games.
Around forty volunteers ensure the smooth running of the association, which has 11 employees and 6 service providers in the sporting or cultural field.
The president also insisted on the role of Réveil in enlivening the village with dance galas and children’s gym, the participation of the Singing in the Shower choir at the Christmas market and village festivals as well as for the organization of the Les Foulies race for the holidays.
Special mention in judo
Section managers took stock of the past year with a special mention to the 157 judo members and a tournament which brought together nearly 600 fighters on the tatami mats in October.
The financial report from treasurer Pierre Rouyer reflects the good situation of Réveil due to good management but also to the progress of members with a surplus of 13,278 euros.
These two reports were adopted unanimously.
The mayor, Bernard Peyroulet, and Karine Laplace, deputy, were keen to underline “the importance of the Revival in the life of the village and the essential role of volunteers for the smooth running of the association”.
