With 36 points, the Grenoblois are one step ahead of Montauban, winner without bonus Thursday in Agen (25-18) and three over Brive, who won in Nice (26-16). Still defeated at Valence-Romans (18-16), Oyonnax finds himself in a dangerous 14th position and plunges into crisis.
Provence-Rugby finds itself relegated to 6th place with 31 points after its fourth defeat of the season.
