With two successes in a row, the Unicorns of the Rugby Club Amiénois return to the field almost a month after their last match with the reception of Racing this Sunday.
At home against a Racing team which has the same record, but two bonus points more, the Picards have the firm intention of continuing and taking an option on qualification. If Clément Marel estimates that it will take five or even six successes to ensure qualification, winning at home against a direct competitor would be a very good operation. But beyond the results, since the start of the season, the staff has focused on the quality of play which is clearly improving with each outing. To exist in the final phase, what they hope for, “it will indeed be necessary to be able to offer games”as indicated Clement Marel. Opposite, Racing, after also losing against Parisis, won twice like the Amiens, but with the offensive bonus each time. For the Amiens, it will be a question of being able to be solid defensively, which has been the case since the start of the season, the Parisiennes having the best attack in the group.
