Strong techniques and intense Randori rounds
The penultimate district randori of the year took place in Altdorf on November 14th, 2024, where the judoka were able to prepare very well for the last tournaments of the year.
Around 40 children were on the mat in the U15’s first training session. Under the direction of the state coaches Kai Brandes and Mariia Kashcheieva as well as the district coaches Dominik Röder and Tatjana Müller, intensive work was carried out on the individual special throws in the stand.
In the second training session for the older ones, with a good 30 participants, the focus was also on the stand. Here we worked on solving the extremely equilateral situation.
In both groups, the judoka directly implemented what they had learned in numerous rounds of Randori. Thanks to the varied training partners, the training quality was once again excellent.
