For a couple of weeks, Popovich’s health condition has kept the NBA anxious. The most successful coach in the history of the league was absent from his Spurs’ matches, with the Texan franchise not having given a concrete reason for his absence, publishing a vague and concise statement announcing Popovich’s lack of support on the parquet for a while. indefinite.
Mild stroke
Over ten days later, the reserves were lifted, with the franchise issuing a statement in which it explained that the coach suffered a minor stroke a couple of hours before the match against the Timberwolves on November 2nd. Popovich is fine, and is engaged in rehabilitation which should get him completely back on track. The times, however, are still indefinite.
