The anime caused a lot of talk due to its references, OBLIVION BATTERY will be back for season 2!
It was with the posting of a promotional video that we learned of the arrival of a season 2 ofOBLIVION BATTERY ! For now, this is just a simple announcement. But until proven otherwise the cast and production team will remain the same. We should then find the studio MAP to animation.
Obviously, no release date has been communicated.
But we’ll keep you posted as soon as we know more!

BOUKYAKU BATTERY is originally a manga by Eko Mikawa prepublished since 2018 in the Shounen Jump + of the Shueisha. It currently has 19 volumes, and is not available in France. In 2020, an animated adaptation will be released in the form of an OAV. It was already the studio MAP who produced the latter.
Haruka Kiyominearm wrestling thrower, and Yes Kanamea cunning catcher nicknamed the “General”, formed a formidable duo in the world of school baseball. Spotted by several major schools across the country, they nevertheless found themselves in a high school in Tokyo, not particularly renowned for this sport! In addition, they meet former players whom they beat and who had moved away from baseball. This chance encounter is the starting point of a new story…
Since spring 2024, there has been an anime adaptation. The animation is still produced by MAP. The series has 12 episodes available on Crunchyroll !
