The Colombian David Alonso (CFMoto) has finished the season with his first world title with the fourteenth victory of the season, a new record for wins in a single year, by winning the Gran Premio Barcelona Solidaridad de Moto3, ahead of the Spanish Daniel Holgado (Gas Gas) and Ángel Piqueras (Honda).
