OPEN CALL FOR FEBAMUR INTERSCHOOL BADMINTON OF THE REG. OF MURCIA 2024
2024 SEASON
DATE: Saturday, November 23, 2024.
PLACE: Las Torres de Cotillas (Region of Murcia). Mireia Belmonte Pavilion.
SCHEDULE: Depending on the registration received, the final schedule for the matches will be established, which will be communicated by the Organization with sufficient advance notice.
CATEGORIES: Sub-9, Sub-11, Sub-13 and Sub-15. According to article 4.5 of the General Regulations of the Interschool Badminton Circuit of the Region of Murcia for the 2024 Season, Players who have participated in the National Ranking during the This season, they will NOT be able to compete in the Interschool Circuit, unless they renounce participating in the remainder of the season in said Ranking. Players in the Under-9 category are excluded from this requirement.
MODALITY: IM-IF.

REGISTRATIONS: They will be carried out through the online registration platform. COMPETITION SYSTEM: Depending on the registration received, a Mixed competition system (Groups and direct elimination) or Total Competition will be established, which will be communicated by the Organization with sufficient advance notice.
PRIZES: There will be prizes (MEDAL AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT) for the first two finishers in the individual categories, based on a ranking system that will be established by the Organization. Players who have participated in two of the three days will also be awarded a bronze medal. The prizes to be distributed will be delivered on the last scheduled day.

COVID-19 CLAUSE FOR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS OF THE BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA.
The COVID-19 health crisis makes it necessary to adopt a series of measures aimed at complying with the protocols established by the health authorities. The establishment and compliance with the aforementioned measures requires a series of commitments and forms of action on the part, fundamentally, of organizers and participants. Reading and accepting this document is an essential condition to take part in the competitions of the BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA. The participant declares and manifests, when registering for the competition: 1.- That he or she is aware of the protocol and guide published by the SPANISH FEDERATION AND THE BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA in relation to the presence and participation in sports events generated on the occasion of the COVID-19 health crisis.2.-That undertakes to comply with all the demands or simple recommendations contained in such protocol or guide, as well as the instructions given by the authorities sports or organizational personnel present at the competition in relation to the measures to avoid contagion by COVID19.3.-That they agree not to attend or take part in the event or competition in the event that they suffer from symptoms that could be compatible with the contagion of COVID-19. This will also be extended to cases in which the symptoms were suffered by third parties with whom the participating person has or has had contact from which infection could objectively arise.4.-That, if they are or have been infected due to the COVID-19 virus, you agree not to attend or take part in the event or competition as long as the health authorities do not state that participation does not entail a risk, either for yourself or for the rest of the attendees with the who could have contact.5.-That, with the means at his disposal, and in any case when circumstances have arisen that make it advisable, he has undergone the existing tests to verify if he is or has been infected by COVID-19.6. -That you are aware of and accept and assume that, in the current state, there is an objective risk of contagion of COVID-19 with the consequences that could arise for you in terms of health or problems that could even cause you. the death.7.-That accepts that the SPANISH FEDERATION AND THE BADMINTON FEDERATION OF THE REGION OF MURCIA adopt the measures indicated in the protocol and guide that it has published in order to establish a reasonable security scenario in the competition. ON THE POSSIBLE CONTIGENCIES IN THE CHANGES OF DATES OR CONDITIONS OF CELEBRATION OF THE TOURNAMENTS The Federation is independent and does not assume any responsibility for the athletes and/or teams that register in the sports competition in relation to any contract (travel, accommodation , etc.) that could be carried out by them in relation to attendance at the event. The athlete expressly waives the right to claim from the Federation and the rest of the organizing and collaborating entities in the start-up and development of the competition any expenses that may be incurred in relation to any contract (travel, accommodation, etc.) made. for its part in the event that the competition is not held or the day-time-place is modified based on the agreements that are adopted.
