Great match in this Final of the JCCM Trophy played in the Juan José Lozano Jareño de La Roda pavilion. Two great First National teams have met in the same final as last season.
The Albacete Basketball Club reached its second consecutive final, against a rival, the Polígono de Toledo Basketball Club, which it had already faced on the first day of the League and they played a great game to achieve its first regional title in this eighth edition.
First quarter with alternating dominance and a favorable score, by a small difference, for the Toledo team, but a bad second quarter by Polígono together with a great defense by the Albacete team led to a +7 for Alberto Sanz’s team.
And they no longer left the lead on the scoreboard, led by a spectacular Amparo Cantos, the best player of the match, supported by Moraleda and Lydia Arnedo who gave their rivals no option.
The final 46-56 gives the CBA the first title and breaks Polígono’s streak in the regional tournament.
