Title fights for student classes and U21
– On the second day of the Salzburg LM weekend in the Gerhard Dorfinger Hall in Straßwalchen, the title fights for the U10 to U16 student classes and the U21 junior class were on the program on Sunday. 257 judoka from 14 clubs showed full commitment in the fight for titles and medals.
13 clubs won gold medals on the second day of the competition. The young judoka from the Judo Union Pinzgau won the lion’s share with 15x gold, followed by the Judounion Hallein-Golling (6x gold) as well as PSV Salzburg and Judogym Salzburg-Seekirchen with 5x gold each.
At the end of this LM weekend, a big compliment should be given to the organizing team of the Judo Union Flachgau around Karin Dorfinger as the organizer of these championships, who ensured that everything ran smoothly and a worthy LM atmosphere on both days of the competition!
