While the 2025 NFL Draft is still a ways off, players who will be drafted early are on the field now. Each week features unique matchups for draft prospects, and this week is no different. Here are the NFL Draft prospects to watch in Week 13 of college football.
1. Kurtis Rourke, QB, Indiana Hoosiers
Indiana has had a dream season and is still undefeated at 10-0. They had a high-powered offense led by transfer quarterback Kurtis Rourke. So far this season he has passed for 2,410 yards, 21 touchdowns and four interceptions on 71.8% completion.
This week, Indiana will have a big game against a tough Ohio State team and defense. Rourke has been extremely efficient and accurate this season. He also protected the ball well, still pushing it downfield. Rourke isn’t the most athletic and doesn’t have the strongest arm, but he played well enough to get his name on the draft boards.
2. Denzel Burke, CB, Ohio State Buckeyes
Ohio State suffered just one loss on the season, coming on the road to Oregon. They look like national championship contenders, in part because of their defense. Denzel Burke has had good and bad times this season at corner. He totaled 35 tackles, two interceptions and two passes defensed.
Burke will have to help Ohio State slow down Indiana’s offensive talent. He has shown the ability to mirror receivers well in man coverage. Burke also has solid ball skills. A couple of times this season, Burke has been beat deeply. Despite his up-and-down play, he should still be drafted before the end of day two.
3. Howard Cross, DL, Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Notre Dame also suffered just one loss this season, to Northern Illinois. Their PCP hopes are still alive though, so there’s plenty to play for. Their defense has been good all season and that includes the play of Howard Cross. He had six tackles for loss and six sacks this season.
In Week 13, Notre Dame will face a ranked Army team. Cross will have to help stop the option attack in this game. He’s an undersized defensive lineman, so it will be a good test for him. Cross can attack gaps and is a solid athlete for the position. He could work his way into being picked in the first two or three rounds of the 2025 NFL Draft.
4. Billy Bowman, S, Oklahoma Sooners
Oklahoma hasn’t had the season they imagined, as they sit at 5-5. Their offense hasn’t adapted to SEC play, but their defense has played well. One of the leaders on defense is safety Billy Bowman, who recorded 43 total tackles, two interceptions and two passes defensed.
This week Oklahoma will face a high-powered Alabama offense. Bowman has shown good ball skills and anticipation throughout his career. He is listed at 5-foot-10 and 194 pounds, giving him smaller measurables for safety. He is in play to be picked in the first two days of the 2025 NFL Draft
5. Cameron Williams, OT, Texas Longhorns
Texas has suffered just one loss this season and is aiming for a CFP appearance. Their offensive line has performed well this season, allowing the Longhorns to score a lot of points. Cameron Williams played great at right tackle to help the team.
Williams and Texas will face a Kentucky team that has some talented players on the defensive end. He has a solid frame at 6-foot-5 and 335 pounds. Williams has good strength, balance and patience. This is his first year starting, so adding more tape may help him continue to shoot drafts.
