Prairie Cat Productions contacted me and told me about the idea of filming my career as a wheelchair basketball player

I just want to show people what I do and how I do it.
Ryan Straschnitzki has been paralyzed since the fatal collision between the Broncos hockey team bus and a semi-trailer, which claimed the lives of 16 people in 2018, in Saskatchewan.
The 25-year-old athlete, who lives in Airdrie north of Calgary, is one of 13 survivors of the tragedy. After joining the para hockey team, in 2023 he decided to try his luck in basketball. His goal is to join the Paralympic team in 2028.
A decision that caught the attention of Luca Frison, the founder of Prairie Cat Productionsbasée à Régina en Saskatchewan. Will he make the Paralympic team? I don’t know, but [les gens] want to follow him in his ups and downs
he said.
All six episodes are currently in production. They will be broadcast on AMI next May.
