It will be a thirteenth narrow-gauge matchday in Serie A2. The commitments of the players with their respective national teams – the qualifiers for EuroBasket and AfroBasket 2025 are at stake – will determine the postponement of four matches that would have been scheduled for Sunday. Cantù has Grant Basile and Joonas Riismaa involved with Italy (double match against Iceland) and Estonia (two matches against Poland) and will postpone the match against Juvi Cremona. Same fate for Nardò-Cividale, Cento-Avellino and Vigevano-Rimini. The four matches have been postponed to Wednesday 11 December.
In practice, of the ten matches scheduled in the calendar, only six will be played: starting on Friday 22nd with Verona-Udine at 8pm, Urania Milan-Forlì will be played on Saturday at 8.30pm, Fortitudo Bologna-Livorno, Rieti-Orzinuovi on Sunday at 6pm , Brindisi-Pesaro, while Piacenza-Turin will close the program on Wednesday 27th at 8.30pm.
