Santo Domingo.- In a strategic meeting held this Tuesday, the international vice president of Major League Baseball (MLB), Jorge Pérez Díaz and Yerik Pérez, director of the MLB Office in the country, held a meeting with the National Baseball Commissioner, Junior Noboa, marking a milestone in strengthening the registration processes of academies and players.
The support provided by MLB to these actions reflects the results of a close collaboration led by former baseball player Noboa, and supported by the strategic vision and commitment of the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, who has promoted key policies for the development of Dominican baseball. and its connection to the big leagues.
During the meeting, strategies were discussed to ensure that Dominican academies and players meet the international standards established by MLB.
