Marie-Antoinette Katoto returns to the French team. Injured at the last minute during Laurent Bonadei’s first rally at the end of October, the PSG striker will be able to discover the new coach’s methods for this last international training camp of 2024.
Hervé Renard’s successor called up a list of 30 players this Thursday to face, in a friendly, Nigeria and Spain, on November 30 and December 3 in Angers and Nice.
Laurent Bonadei also recalls Lyonnaise Amel Majri. At odds with the previous coach, she had not been called up since February 2024 and the Final Four of the League of Nations, thus missing the Paris Olympic Games. The technician wanted to summon her from her first meeting but the left-hander was also injured. Furthermore, Sakina Karchaoui also makes her return after an absence in October.
“There are similarities but the group is much larger. Recovery is short between the two matches,” explains Laurent Bonadei. Élisa de Almeida and Griedge Mbock, uncertain, were summoned but it is “unlikely” that they will participate in the meetings.
