3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Enterprise qualification requirements: This bidding requires that bidders must have level three or above general contracting qualifications for municipal public engineering construction, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc.

3.2 Qualification requirements for the project leader: The project leader proposed by the bidder must have a municipal public engineering professional registered construction engineer level 2 or above, have a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be responsible for other projects under construction.

3.3 This bidding does not accept consortium bids.

3.4 Qualification review conditions:

4.Instructions for purchasing bidding documents

This bid evaluation adopts the “reasonable low price method” bid evaluation method, with a total score of 100 points.
