Sunday November 17, the women competed in the senior women’s interclub championship 3rd division pool A (preliminary phases).
In singles, as part of the 3rd day against Cabardès: Marielle Merou loses 6/4-6/3; Charline Marcos loses 6/1-6/4; Delphine Parra loses 6/3-6/2 But in doubles Delphine and Charline win the game by 6/2-6/3.
This weekend, they will travel to defend their 3rd place against Alairac, last club in the standings.
On Sunday December 1st, they will be exempt before meeting the Sunday December 15 on the Gare grounds, the club currently 1st in the ranking, La Clape.
Men, still in the senior men’s interclub championship 4th division, pool C (preliminary phases) are 2nd, 2 points behind the first (Port-La Nouvelle) which they will play this weekend on the Montazels grounds. The preliminary round will continue on Sunday December 1 with the reception in Névian, and on Sunday December 15 the trip to Cabardès.
Supporters are invited to come and encourage the Montazeloise teams, from 9 a.m. in the morning near the grounds adjoining the station.
