On Thursday, December 12 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM it is possible to get acquainted with the Curves program, a strength training program specially developed for women. This program offers a complete cardio and strength training in just 30 minutes and is accessible, safe and effective. Curves focuses on strengthening muscles and bones, increasing metabolism and reducing fat percentage. Participants experience not only physical benefits, such as more energy and better sleep, but also an overall sense of well-being. The training is adapted to every level, making the program suitable for everyone.
Meeting and moving
During the free activity, participants receive a joint introduction and can discover the Curves circuit in small groups. This ends with a relaxing stretching session. Afterwards there will be plenty of opportunity to chat and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. An ideal combination of exercise and meeting.
