Serie C returns to the field to join the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, which occurs on November 25th each year.
On the 16th matchday – with the matches to be played from 22nd to 25th November – the third professional championship stands in defense of all women. Thanks to its connection with the territory, being present in nineteen regions and sixty cities, it will contribute to raising awareness on the topic. As happened last season, all captains in the next round will wear the armband with the words ‘no to violence against women’.
On all pitches, via pitchside LEDs and speaker messages, 1522 will be promoted, a toll-free anti-violence and stalking number, promoted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Equal Opportunities, which receives requests for help and support from victims.
