NFL in white! “Will definitely eat some snow today”

At the start of Week 12, the Cleveland Browns won against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL with 24:19 – but the winter conditions are really coming into focus.

While the first quarter went by without any points, the Steelers started the second quarter with a field goal. The Browns also score with a touchdown and field goal, and the score is 10:3 at halftime.

The ever-increasing blowing snow creates increasingly extreme conditions. In the final quarter, the Browns get into the end zone thanks to runs from quarterback Jameis Winston and Nick Chubb and have a successful 2-point conversion.

Despite two touchdowns, it wasn’t enough for the Steelers to win. Russell Wilson’s Hail Mary is not successful, also because receiver George Pickens focuses on the clinch with his counterpart Greg Newsome.

Winston in the Christmas spirit

It is only the third defeat of the season for the Steelers and the first third win for the Browns. Quarterback Winston was almost as happy about this as he was about the weather.

On the way to the TV interview he first happily sang “Jingle Bells”, then on “Amazon Prime” the playmaker said: “I was on the phone with my family today and my kids ate some snow out of the air, so I’m going today definitely eat some snow.”
