“From the stadium to employment” is a France Travail operation which aims to “break the codes” of recruitment. Job seekers, recruiters and a France Travail agent participate as a team in a sporting activity. They don’t know who is looking for work and who is there to hire. After a joint lunch, anonymity is lifted and the day continues with more traditional interviews. The ambition is to highlight the personalities and skills of candidates in a sporting situation, without looking at their CV. France Travail claims a return to employment rate of 60% within six months. AEF info was able to attend a session organized around judo, in Paris, Tuesday November 19, 2024.
