By order of the President of the entity, an ordinary assembly of members of the Basketball Students Club for the 2024-2025 season is convened, according to art. 14 of the entity, at 6:00 p.m. in the first call and at 7:00 p.m. in the second call (in all probability it will be held in the second call), in the CLASSROOM “0” of the Ramiro de Maeztu Institute, C/ Serrano, 129, on December 9, 2024, according to the following, Agenda:
- Reading and approval, if applicable, of the Minutes of the previous Assembly.
- Report from the President of the entity.
- Examination and approval, if applicable, of the Report, settlement of the budget, balance sheet and rendering of accounts for the 2023-2024 financial year.
- Examination and approval, if applicable, of the budget for the 2024-2025 season.
- Information and approval of the credits requested by the entity.
- Exposition of the Project of activities and proposals of the Board of Directors.
- Requests and questions.
