Last Saturday the National Parabadminton Circuit took place in Moral de Calatrava (Ciudad Real) in which the Andalusian expedition stood out with the medals of Iván Segura (gold IM/gold DM), Jesús Olmos (gold DM/silver IM/silver Doubles Inclusive), Francisco Motero (IM gold) and Juan Antonio Ramírez (DM bronze).
In the IM SU5-SH6, the CAETD player Iván Segura (Granada) managed to become champion after defeating both Unai Fernández (21-14/21-8) and José Manuel de las Heras (21-6/21-12).
In the IM SL3-4, the Andalusian Jesús Olmos (IES La Orden) won the silver after beating Selenia Pla (21-10/21-13), Hugo Barrios (21-14/21-17) and the Andalusian Juan Antonio Ramírez (Lucena) in two sets (21-10/21-10), being defeated only by Álex Santamaría (22-20/21-15).
In the IM WH1-2, the CAETD athlete Francisco Motero (Huelva) achieved first place after beating Jorge López (23-21/22-20) and Maya Alcaide (21-10/21-6).
In the DM SU5 Jesús Olmos and Iván Segura (IES La Orden/Granada) achieved gold by beating Juan Antonio Ramirez/Álex Santamaría (21-10/21-10) and José Manuel de las Heras/Unai Fernández (21-14 /14-21/21-12), Juan Antonio Ramírez (Lucena) also achieved bronze in this event held in a league format.
And in the Inclusive Doubles Jesús Olmos and Jimena Alonso (IES La Orden/Albatros) won silver after beating José Manuel de las Heras and Juan Gutiérrez in the semifinals (21-12/12-21/21-19) and subsequently falling in the final against Mateo Higueras and Jorge López (21-14/16-21/21-15).
